Shipping and returns



For all our delivery services we use Royal mail/parcelforce, but if you would like to arrange a different courier for your item please feel free to contact us. Please be aware that if an alternitive courier is used, we can not guarantee adequate insurance for the item being sent and we will not take any responsibility for lost or damaged items.

All our items are accurately weighed and priced according to Royal mail guidelines which is automatically calculated for each product, this you will see at checkout when finalising your purchase. Currently we use a standard delivery option, approx 2/4 business days for the UK and 5/7 business days for overseas. Please contact us if you would like to upgrade your delivery service and we can arrange this for you.

Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost.  These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.  You may check with your country’s customs office to determine if there will be additional costs.

If you cannot find a postal destination or a price at checkout, please contact us and we can set one up for you.

In the unlikely event that you recieve a damaged or incorrect item we will of course refund the full cost of both item and return postage. Damaged or incorrect items will need to be returned within 14 days of purchase, we will not take responsibilty for any items lost during a return delivery.

For an unwanted item, you must return to us within 14 days and you will be responsible for the postage cost and we can either give you a full refund or arrange for credit towards other goods and services. Please be aware that we will not be responsible for the loss or damage during postage of any unwanted items returned.



Our primary payment method is with paypal, at the end of your transaction you will be prompted to enter your Debit/credit to finalise your purchase which will prompt us to ready your order for delivery. Alternatively you may use other forms of payment such as cheque or bank transfer, but please contact us to arrange this method of payment

All bank and personal details are not saved or stored on the system and a strict protection of personal information is adhered to.
